Instructions
  1. Heat your grill.
  2. In a bowl mix your beef and salt and form into 4 patties that are about 1 inch thick and 3 ½ inches in diameter.
  3. Place your patties on the grill and cover. Let cook for 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Cook longer if you want your burgers more well done.
  4. Top your burger patties with cheese and cover the grill and cook until the cheese is melted.
  5. In a small bowl mix your mayonnaise and chipotle. Use the sauce to top your burgers and serve without a bun, or serve wrapped in lettuce.
