Instructions
  1. Use your pre-cooked ground turkey for this recipe. You can find the link below.
  2. Add your ground turkey, onions, bell pappers, ground turkey and a pinch of salt and pepper to a medium bowl.
  3. Spray a large skillet with your cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add your egg mixture and cook until the eggs are cooked through, occasionally stirring the mix to “scramble” it.
  4. Serve and top with guacamole.

  1. Use your pre-cooked ground turkey for this recipe. See below for link.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425º.
  3. Poke holes in your sweet potato with a fork and place in the oven. Cook for 45 minutes, or until your sweet potato is cooked through.
  4. Once your sweet potato is cooked cut it open and pinch it to create a boat. Add your turkey into the sweet potato, along with your green onions, and top with cheese. Place in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until your cheese is melted. Top with guacamole and enjoy!

  1. Use your pre-cooked ground turkey for this recipe. Recipe link can be found below.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350º.
  3. Cut your zucchini in half and scoop out the middle, creating two boats. Cook your zucchini bloats in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until your boats are tender.
  4. Remove from oven and layer the bottom of your boats with ½ tbsp hot sauce each. Add 1 tbsp of hot sauce to your ground turkey and divide the turkey between the two boats. Top your boats with cheese and place back in the oven until your cheese is melted.

  1. In a 2-quart microwave safe bowl combine butter, mushrooms, carrots, and celery. Microwave on HIGH for 3 -4 minutes.
  2. Add turkey slices and microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until turkey is thoroughly warmed through.
  3. Add a separate bowl mix together wine, broth, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and parsley and pour over top of the turkey. Mix around to coat turkey.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 2 - 3 minutes until thickened, stirring at every minute interval.

  2. Add in green peppers and the cashews and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for another 2 to 3 minutes until chicken is done (use thermometer) and green pepper is tender. Stir at the 1 minutes mark.
  3. Let stand for 3 minutes then serve over microwave rice.

  1. Spray a large dutch oven with cooking spray and add your sausage and onion. Break up the sausage using a wooden spoon and cook for about 10 minutes, or until your sausage is browned. Add your bell peppers, stirring occasionally and cook until they are soft or about 6 minutes.
  2. Add your flour, constantly stirring, and cook for 1 minute, or until lightly browned. Stir in your tomatoes and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and let simmer until the chicken is cooked through, or about 5 minutes.
  3. Raise the heat and add your shrimp, okra, corn, and thyme. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and let simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes and add your rice. Serve.

Instructions
  1. Add sesame oil to a large skillet and place over medium-high heat. Add your ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up into small pieces, and cook for 4-6 minutes.
  2. Add your garlic, onion, carrots, edamame, and green onions to the skillet. Continue to cook until your onions are translucent and your turkey is cooked through, or about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Pour your chicken broth, hoisin, soy sauce, sriracha, and vinegar into the skillet. Stir until all of your ingredients are coated.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat to let simmer for 4-6 minutes, or until the sauce is thick.
  5. Add ¼ cup of your turkey mix to each lettuce cup and serve. You should have enough to make 5 servings with 4 cups each.
