Instructions
  1. Use your pre-cooked ground turkey for this recipe. You can find the link below.
  2. Add your ground turkey, onions, bell pappers, ground turkey and a pinch of salt and pepper to a medium bowl.
  3. Spray a large skillet with your cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add your egg mixture and cook until the eggs are cooked through, occasionally stirring the mix to “scramble” it.
  4. Serve and top with guacamole.

Instructions
  1. Spray a large skillet with your cooking spray and place over medium heat.
  2. While your pan heats up, add you yogurt, banana, oats, egg whites, almond milk, baking powder and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until your oats are broken down. Your batter should be smooth.
  3. Use a spoon to gently fold in your blueberries into the batter and let sit for 5 minutes, or until thick.
  4. Once your batter is thick gently pour your batter onto the skillet in your perferred pancake size. Cook until the edges have set and bubbles begin to form on the top of the batter. This should take about 3 minutes.
  5. Use a spatula to flip your pancakes and allow them to cook for another 2 minutes, or until your pancakes are cooked through.
  6. Continue to make pancakes until the batter is gone and serve hot.

Instructions
  1. Take the loaf of bread and remove the crust. Using a serrated knife, cut into cubes.
  2. Place bread cubes into a large mixing bowl and sprinkle with milk and allow to sit for 5 minutes to soak in.
  3. Add in garlic, caraway seeds, turkey, salt and pepper to the bowl of bread and mix well.
  4. Whisk egg whites until stiff and gently fold in half of the egg into mixture. Then fold in half of the egg white and place into the refrigerator to chill.
  5. Pour the chicken stock into the slow cooker and add in tomatoes, tomato paste and set to high to cook for 1 hour.
  6. While sauce cooks form the turkey mix into 16 small balls. Stir in rice and turkey balls into the tomato mixture and cook for 1 more hour. The dish is ready when the turkey balls and rice are cooked. Serve over zoodles.

  1. Spray a large skillet with your cooking spray and heat it over medium heat.
  2. Add your hashbrowns and green onions. Cook for 4 - 5 minutes or until your potatoes begin to brown.

  4. Cook until your mixture begins to set. Do not stir.
  5. Use a spatula to lift and fold the partially cooked egg mixture so that the remaining uncooked portion flows underneath and onto the skillet surface.
  6. Continue to cook and fold until your eggs are cooked through, without drying them out.
  7. Remove your skillet from the heat and sprinkle your cheddar over the top. Cover and let stand for 1 minute, or until your cheese is melted.
