Stuff each chicken with a tsp of pesto, spreading it evenly on the inside and closing the pocket. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with your salt and pepper.
In a large nonstick skillet heat your olive oil over medium-high. Once hot, add your chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side until they are golden. Reduce your heat to medium-low and add your broth and beans. Cover and let simmer for 5 - 7 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked through.
