Instructions
  1. Spray a large skillet with cooking oil and place over medium-high heat. Add your veggies and your liquid aminos, cooking for about 5 minutes or until the veggies are tender.
  2. Add your favorite protein if you desire and serve.

Instructions
  1. Use your pre-cooked ground turkey for this recipe. See below for link.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425º.
  3. Poke holes in your sweet potato with a fork and place in the oven. Cook for 45 minutes, or until your sweet potato is cooked through.
  4. Once your sweet potato is cooked cut it open and pinch it to create a boat. Add your turkey into the sweet potato, along with your green onions, and top with cheese. Place in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until your cheese is melted. Top with guacamole and enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Use your pre-cooked ground turkey for this recipe. Recipe link can be found below.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350º.
  3. Cut your zucchini in half and scoop out the middle, creating two boats. Cook your zucchini bloats in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until your boats are tender.
  4. Remove from oven and layer the bottom of your boats with ½ tbsp hot sauce each. Add 1 tbsp of hot sauce to your ground turkey and divide the turkey between the two boats. Top your boats with cheese and place back in the oven until your cheese is melted.

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400º.
  2. Slice your small sweet potato into strips and toss in a medium bowl with your coconut oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Lay your sweet potato fries onto a cookie sheet and place in the oven. Cook for 20-30 minutes, or until your sweet potato fries are cooked through. Your fries should be soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
  4. Add your sweet potato fries to your favorite dish!

Instructions
  1. Heat your oven to 350º F.
  2. On a baking sheet add your pecans and let toast in the oven for 8 - 9 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  3. Add your pecans to a food processor and finely grind them down Pulse in your cinnamon and transfer to a sheet of wax paper
  4. Cut your cantaloupe into eight 1-inch-thick slices. Remove the rinds and cut each piece into 4 chunks.
  5. Add your 4 pieces of cantaloupe to a skewer (so you have eight skewers in total). For each skewer press one side of your cantaloupe into your pecan mixture and serve, pecan side up.

  1. In a 3-quart microwave safe bowl place butter, onions and garlic and microwave on HIGH for 5 - 8 minutes until onions are tenders.
  2. Add beef broth, water, sherry, salt and pepper and stir together. Microwave on HIGH for 10 - 12 minutes.
  3. Carefully move to 4 smaller servings microwave-safe bowls and place one slice of French bread on each and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on HIGH for 30 - 40 second until cheese melts.

  5. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Instructions
  1. Cut pumpkin into large chunks and place into ceramic cooking pot.
  2. Heat up the oil in a large pan and add in garlic and leeks. Cook until softened.
  3. In large pan also add ginger and cumin and cook for 1 minute. Then add mix into the ceramic cooking pot and pour over the chicken stock and salt and pepper. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. Once cooked, in small portions put soup mix into a large blender and blend soup until smooth. Return puree soup to slow cooker pot and cook on high for 1 hour.
  5. Serve with each bowl topped with a dollop of yogurt and pinch of cilantro.
